Refund or Return
At SareesbyKala, every saree is carefully selected or handpicked just for you. Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defects or damage.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your saree must be in the same condition you received it:
Unworn and unused, With all tags intact, In its original packaging
You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at orders@sareesbykalas.in or contact us on WhatsApp at 8056453360.
Note: Returns may not be accepted if the saree has been used or if tags are removed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or The item is damaged during shipping or You receive the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that minor variations in color, border, or pattern are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the saree you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
